Anna was the fifth of six surviving children of
Nicholas Bauer and
Catherine (Kate) Gerten. Her
father died when she was thirteen years old.
At the age of eighteen, she married Louis Lumbrezer. The wedding took place on 6
September 1911 at St. Mary's in Assumption, Ohio.
Between 1914 and 1935, Louie and Anna had eight children:

Lucille was a registered nurse, and served in WWII.

She died at the age of nine from rheumatic fever.

The family lived on eastern side of Fulton-Lucas County Road,
halfway between Frankfort and Bancroft Road. In later years, she
and Louie moved into a smaller house to the south of their previous
home.
Anna died at age 85 from arteriosclerotic cardiovascular
disease. She was buried on 30 April 1979 in St. Mary's cemetery in
Assumption.
